Les Amants Naissants - Syrah
Deep purple colour, it offers a rich and powerful aromatic intensity, notes of wild fruit raspberry, blackcurrant, peppery spices and light vanilla. The palate is voluptuous and dense, fresh attack, the tannins are tight and silky, we can find notes of black fruits and spices, and a long finish with vanilla notes.
Pair with rare or rosé meats such as braised tenderloin, filet mignon with mustard, Provençal stew, venison terrine, pressed duck.
