Merlot Single Vineyard
A dry red wine made 100% from carefully selected Merlot grapes from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. This wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color with purple hues. The 32 months of ageing in new American and French oak barrels gives this wine a complex nose that reveals fruity and spicy tones, with dominant aromas of dark and red berries, complemented with vanilla and coffee hints. The palate of this full-bodied wine is elegant and abundant in soft and integrated tannins. The liquorice and chocolate aftertaste is long and pleasant.
The wine has a bottle aging capacity of several years.
This wine is perfectly combined with meat specialties, especially with game in piquant sauces or with a selection of cheese.
Recommended serving temperature: 15-18°С.
